The staff provided excellent service during my work trip. The hotel maintained high cleanliness standards. The pool and beach offered great relaxation options. Mahesh provided a fantastic and efficient laundry service. His kindness stood out and helped me a lot.

The room was always well-kept. Mr Ravindra was very attentive. I appreciated his daily detailed cleaning. The towels were always fragrant, and the sheets were clean. I also received a special discount for Meryal Water Park from the concierge, Sanita and Tusar.
The main restaurant offered food of suspect quality and lacking flavor. There was a lot of waiting for any request. It is a pity quality equipment is not maintained.

The staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness, they attended to needs and requests quickly. The staff outside helped with bags and pushchairs when I went out. I appreciated their assistance a lot. The staff helped with airport pick-up.

The gym is open 24 hours. This provides a great addition for early risers. The pool area is clean. It features ample loungers and shaded sections. The pools are clean and maintained, and the beach is also clean.

I recently spent 5 nights here and found it underwhelming. The hotel seemed short-staffed. This led to long waits at the bars and restaurants. The buffet had the SAME limited selection every day. It got quite boring. I expected more variety and better service.

I loved the hotel's convenient location near the airport. This made travel simple. the lobby impressed me, it had a spacious and elegant design! also, the staff gave me a warm welcome. i really appreciate that the beach and pool staff worked hard. they kept everything in great condition. the ZOH team earned my special thanks.
the liquor costs a bit, but the hotel is still amazing. maybe some minor brand adjustments are needed.
